My friend is relying on me to plan her party. It's a black and white theme party. She is turning 15 so it's gonna be big! 60 people are invited. So I need ideas for decorations and food! I am part of the 4 important girls in the party, like the brides maids in a wedding, but this is her birthday. Please help!!

I don't live in the U.S so please don't tell me to go party stores, I need to know what to decorate in the party, with what and how.
It's not going to be a dinner so just finger food, what would be some nice "gourmet looking" food, this is like a classical party too.

The food doesn't have to be black and white!
But would like some black and white ones.
like oreos?

It wont work with letters, numbers, space bar, shift, tab, backspace or anything. It all works when I click it once, but when I try & click it twice in a row (ee, 55, 'tab' 'tab') it will only work once until I click a different key. I thought it may have something to do with "Sticky Keys' but I can't evenclick shift 5 times in a row to get into the settings. What can I do?

I run a local entertainment guide website and want to integrate an advertising program on my website. It is a PHP / My Sql website. I would like to be able to add flash advertisements, and have them placed on different pages throughout the site for any duration of time (which I choose). What is the best isp in the uk? I currently have an Orange Livebox and each time I turn my computers they it lose the settings and it becomes impossible to establish a wireless connection. I have been told that the Livebox is notoriously temperemental and that it often conflicts with computers. I need an ISP who provides a free wireless connection.

In 3 ½ years of intense cartel violence, more than 600 people reportedly have been killed in Nuevo Laredo.

Hundreds of Mexicans have been kidnapped or have disappeared from the area in recent years. At least 63 Americans have been kidnapped, according to Laredo's Missing, an organization set up by family members to pressure authorities on both sides of the border to find their loved ones. Many of the Americans were later released, but at least 20 remain missing."

Note they say this is due to competition for drug routes into the US. That means they are regularly coming here.

On my way home coming into a relatively sharp corner in a busy street in Sacramento, is a man holding a large poster board with a bloody mauled naked baby with “ABORTION” written underneath it, upside down. Is it legal to do this? its distracting disgusting, and really not true. The baby appeared to have been a third trimester abortion, which don't happen.

What are the religious beliefs behind this kind of a thing? Is it legal to stand on the side of the road with that kind of a sign? Is it some forum of public nudity or something? I am a strong supporter of our 1st amendment, but this might be a step too far. Other ppls feelings plz.

heres the problem....

this happens almost every time im on myspace when im trying to send a message or post a comment and whenever i want to log in to something ( myspace, email etc etc)
