We have 5 senses:

Sight
Hearing
Touch
Taste
Smell

It always baffles me how there is so little evidence (that can be detected with the 5 senses).

Yet people bash you if you don't believe just like they do? It is SOOO "evident" you are wrong, even while they have a lack of evidence to back it up?

I don't mind people believing in things, but if they are gonna bash me for my beliefs (or lack of!) shouldn't they at least have some kind of proof first? (Pic? Vid? Saw em' in person & touched them? Can smell or taste em? Can really hear them? (Not misinterpreting one of your own thoughts to be "God" when it was actually you!)

What is your opinion on this?
Am I so wrong? Or do you think I am right?

Seems tesco recently imported 70 polish workers to UK to work in thier stores, as they said they couldn't fill the vacancies from uk workers, seems kind of strange to me as i know lot of peeps in uk who applied to tesco and got knocked back ...so is it right to import from another country instead ?

When it is a very dull day (especially with dampness) and the sky is very light grey, you tend to feel miserable, drowsy, heavy (as if your blood has thickened), rigid, stiff, claustophobic and uncomfortable, you even feel uncomfortable in your own house because you can see the dullness from inside. What can you do to relieve those feelings a bit in that kind of weather?

My mother who has drank all my life is drinking herself to death in my opinion. I'm a grown adult now and finally put my foot down 1 year ago. Time after time I've asked her not to drink around me or my kids because it bothers all of us. But she still does it. So, one year ago when I showed up at her house....she was drunk. That was the final straw. I no longer talk to her and she shows no interest in seeing my kids. I feel like if she wants to be like that and cause me hurt and misery still as an adult...I don't need her in my life period. Overall, it has been less stressful with her not in my life (no more drunk calls, etc.) but I do miss her at times and feel my kids are missing out on having a grandparent. Have I dealt with this situation properly?

my father died on June 14th 2006. and there are alot of thing that come along. like his friend and things he loved to do that alway remind me of him. I still catch my self crying over little thing that remind me of his ways and can't get myself to go to his grave very much because I just break down and cry. How can I control these feelings? It's hard for me till this day even that I know he is in a better place. He is with lots of family and friends and not in pain anymore. Why do I feel I could have done more to keep him alive. My husband tells me that there wasn't anything else I could have done because I done my best to take care of him while he was here..

of course the more the better

but if you are single , as for you

to be happy how many dollars you need monthly

people tell " money shouldnt be your goal of life ",

"money cant buy love "

" money is not necessarily needed (indispensable) for happiness"

but nobody tells frankly and specifically if you earn monthly 1000$ or 800$ or 20000$ , its enough.

if I MAY , I WANT to hear honest frank answer ,

I AM SINGLE, 29 old I earn about 1800$ monthly ( I open first. ) and I am not happy enough.

so I always think about money and try every day , but sometimes I WONDER I became already the slave of money.
