Bed wetting at that age generally is not the result of a medical problem. Unless 1) you have been plagued with UTI's and pyelonephritis several times throughout your life 2) You have had a serious trauma recently 3) It has developed recently.
IN other words if you have been suffering from bedwetting your entire life, there is really nothing medical to worry about.
However, thats not to say that it's not terribly umcomfortable situation emotionally and physicially. You are not alone. There are many adults who have enuresis (bedwetting). There have been some research published that shows good results with a type of therapy called BIOFEEDBACK.
Look into it. Many adults that suffer from enuresis get better altogether.
Nothing to be ashamed of. Everyone you walk past during your day, has there stuff too!

I would suggest going to the doctor, don't be embarressed as there are a lot of people who wet the bed at an older age. Plus the doctor will have seen the problem before and much worse, he will be able to suggest the appropriate course of action.

Trust me your not alone; my brother is 24 and he still wets the bed...yes it's embarrassing but you just took the first step and admit that you have problem that you need help with. My brother is in complete denial about it and he does nothing about it, but for you; you should see a experience doctor in this field and get help cause that's the last thing a 20 yr old man should be worrying about. Good luck!!

There are plenty of people out there like that...have you been to the doctor? He would probably prescribe you something to help you. Also try not drinking anything and using the restroom before you go to bed.

Try not to drink anything a few hours before you sleep and maybe try the bedwetting alarms that are available. Try talking to your doctor for medications for bladder control also.
