I'm researching on whether cloth or disposable diapers are more cost efficient. For now I figure I will use the cloth diapers at home, and the disposable diapers when we're out, to keep from having 2 transport used diapers. My only question insofar with the cloth diaper is how to effectively clean it at home. Common sense tells me that soaking the diaper before throwing it in the wash is probably a good idea, but are there any special types of solvent I will be needing, or a special type of pail (w/ a lid) to keep odors at bay?

...Why the heck wouldn't you? Don't you realize that the poop your doggie makes today, YOU may step in tomorrow? Sorry...I was just out with my dogs, and can't believe how many people just shamelessly let their dogs crap everywhere, and walk away. Plastic bags are not hard to come by these days, people...you'll never see me and my pups without at least 2 of them. What gives?

My dad keeps on trying to tell me that it was the levee's that destroyed New Orleans. He said if the gov't wasn't involved in people's business, and real business would have been able to build the levee to actual standards, none of this would have happened. like my dog sometimes gets as hyper as a cat with a teaser toy! it's sooo funny!!! also i have 2 gerbils, they are brothers. when they sleep in a corner(always together), they look like little puppies :) because their ears are layed back, and they are on top of one another, like a pile of gerbils(except there's only 2). it's so cute!
