I think about food all the time. I fast 3 days a week. When my roomy buys me food which is fast food I throw it up, and if I can't get it all out I take a laxative, but only when its a big meal. Most of the time I just eat one meal a day, which is a garden salad, and 3 whole fruits. I eat a low calorie energy bar, and drink tons of water. I am a full time student taking 21 units, and I work 5 nights a week, six hour shifts. I run two miles everyday in the middle of the night. I am stressed out. I obsess about food all the time, I work too much, school is stressing me out. I am afraid of social situations. I have low self-esteem. I feel like I am nothing. What can I do?
