i am a 16 year old boy.....i exercise daily but i still have many doubts.......can u plz help me?
1) will my height reduce if i lift weights ?? for developing biceps and triceps ????? i dont lift the weight above my hea.....usually people say u reduce ur height if ya lift it.................
2)i usually eat 4-5 eggwhite everyday....do u think this is bad for me ? for ma age or sumthin ???? is it ok and does it help me if i eat lotsa eggs ????
3) can u give me tips fer me to become fat ?(fat in the sense.....thick big hands etc....coz now im very slim....)
4) can u give me tips to improve my chest, abs and biceps ???

Ok i have this problem for about 2 years.am 15 years old now last year i use to go out with my friends and hang out with them not too often but still did.Now this year at fridays and saturdays i just stay home.i dont go out anymore and hang out with my friends i see them at school and talk to them but thats all.This is because i dont feel good with my self because i think am fat.am not the thinnest person in the world but not the fattest one.my butt is a bit bigger than usall and my chest has alot of fat on (Am not a fat person) and i dont feel like going out or going to the shops and buying cloths because i dont like how i lookl in them,and thats the reason i dont go out

any help? please i cant stand to be like this anymore..

lady cleaned her yard I got it for free. engine turns, put a car battery on it turned the key, won't turn over no click noises from the starter( pulled starter apart it works) I had previously turned the motor with a wrench no problem. It looks like it might have an old style ford starter solenoid but being a dodge fan I am not sure about that. not puttin ford down, I drive a 95 merc wagon. also I put a new spark wire on it. any ideas?

I personally, as a girl, want to be able to work and earn equal wages to a man in the same job.

I am also happy to pay for my own meal when on a date. If a man offers, he can pay. But equally, I should offer sometimes too.

I think that both women and men should, if conscription occurs in the country, be able to go out and fight. However, the main child-carer, male or female, should look after the children, as the children clearly cannot (and should not) go into battle.

Another issue with women may be periods, especially if the war is long... Women should perhaps be conscripted to roles in the army where they won't be affected as much by periods. Or perhaps stop periods with medication.

I think that men should not have to be tied to 'macho' roles, and should be allowed to show emotion if they so wish. I think the whole negative way of looking at sensitive men should be abolished.

Equally, women should not be seen in a negative light for being butch or boyish

i bought some cigarettes from a website at the start of november. it was europe cigarettes.com. they took the money out my bank soon after but they never contacted me. A few weeks ago i sent them an email as i still never got the cigarettes. they havent contacted me so im starting to think i got ripped off. where can i complain to as all the complaint sites are either for the uk or america. i cant find anywhere else.

Honest question for Christians say the bible is meant to be completely literal: What do you think of these commandments from Jesus?

Do you think we should literally gouge out our eyes if we see a sexy person with them? Should we really sell everything we have? If so, why do none of the literalists I've ever met or heard of do these things? Shouldn't we have a bunch of Christians with empty eye cavaties wandering the streets homeless and possesionless?

are we not "designed" to hunt down, kill, and consume our prey raw and digest it like lions and other predators do? If a human had to rely solely on their own resources to capture and consume an animal, I dont see how that could be accomplished. Predatory animals have claws and incisor teeth making them capable of crushing bones, tearing flesh, etc. The simple fact of the matter is most humans could not eat meat if they couldnt buy it easily., and we all know meat has to be cooked for human consumption. We are the only animals on earth that alter food from its natural state by cooking and seasoning it. All other creatures consume it as is. To me, it makes more sense that we were "designed" with an imposable thumb, for easily planting and picking fruits and vegetables? I would like input from both sides on this-I am trying to keep an open mind
