I'm getting it for thumbs down, lol. It's yahoo experimenting with something new. They don't like it when any one persons question gets to many thumbs up or downs. I think its there way to try to make everyone be fair, but its not going to work real well.

I had that problem yesterday and today..I think it might be that a lot of people are rating at the same time..

like "your session has expired..blah blah blah..."? thats the same for me, but i think that if you try to give a thumbs up again, it might work.
