iam a Bachelor of engg degree holder.i want to do ME or Mtech only by correspondence due to some commitments.which are the universities providing it? it wud be better if i could get "environmental sciences". anything else would also do.

Note: I want to do only by correspondence and not by part time classes (no evening classes) as my work doesn't permit me to do so. the site http://www.jntu.ac.in/academics/scde.htm provides only part time classes for post graduation.

Why do you need such paper degrees?. This is like learning swimming by correspondece.
