Lilith was the first woman that God created. But I don?t know if she is considered the only daughter.
Jesus is the only son, but with God and the Holy Spirit the three make Trinity. The three are one and Jesus is only a part of what we call Trinity. So "son" must be a metaphor.

Adam would be a creation of God. Jesus is the son of God because he was born to Mary. There is no daughter of God. God had only one child,Jesus.

By christian dogma, God actually impregnated Mary with Jesus. Adam was created from the dirt, not sired and born. That's why Adam is God's "creation" and Jesus is His "son". By the same criteria, God has no "daughter".

Jesus was the only BEGOTTEN son of God, not the only son. We are the 'children' of God. The only begotten son means that he was not pure mortal.
