Trickster's Choice and Trickster's Queen by Tamora Pierce are two good ones. Inkheart and Inkspell by Cornelia Funke are wonderful. They're about a girl who can read herself and other people into books. There is also "A Wrinkle in Time". Many people love this one but it didn't really catch my attention. Lastly there is the Giver and Gathering Blue both by Lois Lowery. It takes place in an alternate universe where everything is assigned and no one gets to make their own choices.
Then of course Harry Potter and take a look at Double Helix.
For a love story try Anna and the Duke.

Blood and Chocolate (BOOK not movie)
The Hero and the Crown, The Outlaws of Sherwood by Robin McKinley
Try Sharon Shinn's Samaria series.
Phillip Pullman's His Dark Materials (several different love stories woven throughout)
Mercedes Lackey rarely does a book without a love story. Some of her last few books, set in a fairytale kingdom are also marketed as romances, though.
This is not YA - but I really liked Juliet Marillier's Sevenwaters series - excellent love stories in each. The books can be gritty, though.

There are quite a few out there. Here's a couple to start:
The Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind.
The Wayfarer's Redemption by Sara Douglass (and its sequels).
Game of Thrones by George RR Martin has several romantic subplots and is a definite must read for any fantasy fan.
Song in the Silence by Elizabeth Kerner.

hhheee heee....
Don't you tell anyone, but I secretly do too!
shh...it's a secret, remember?
I like these books. They have plenty of what you're looking for.
(believe me, we're in the same gang now.)
Alanna: The first Adventure by Tamora Pierce (the beginning isn't very romantic, but the next few books and the end of this book is.)
Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice
Sister Light, Sister Dark by Jane Yolen
You Suck, A love Story by Chris Moore
Compainions of the Night by Vivian Vande Velde
I'd suggest, actually anything by any of these authors. My fingers would fall off if I typed all of the books that I like written by them.
Tamora pierce and her Protector of the Small is very romantic!!!

I don't know that I would call this fantasy book one about love - but there is definitely something between Rodney and Gillian:
King Fortis the Brave
