Are eastern europe investment funds better then Asian/Latin American ones?

i want to invest in aggressive stock-based investment funds.
i checked Polish funds and they bring around 50%-60% yearly (30% for 6 months, 15% for 3 months). these funds are managed by well known institutions like Fortis and Commerical Union. And they are sold as umbrella funds so if the stock market goes down i can easily switch to bond-based funds.

now, as 50-60% they generate is the same or even higher then Asian and Latin American funds, plus the fact that European countries are much more stable (NATO, EU members), why would anyone want to invest in Chinese, Indian or Latin American funds at all ?

there was this song i heard on k roq and i don t know who sings it but they whistle in the begining
it kinda mellow
i m pretty sure it semi new

andi think some of the lyrics go like

and we don t care about the old folks

(something like that and then theres a person repeatedly whistling the same tune hroughout the song_)

I am getting very very worried i had my menstrual period january 20th-25th, two weeks after my period stopped i had some light brown spttin for two days then it stopped well about 5 days after that the brown spotting started up aain and lasted about 5 days then it started turning red only when i went to the restroom only tiny spots would leak onto my panty liner, the next day i got up and went to the bathroom and the clear water was bright dark red just like period blood but it still is not coming out of my vagina it is staying in, meaning i m having bleedin but no blood flow, what does this mean??befor all this even my period i didnt get a period for over a year with no reason why everything i had everything checked out and all was perfect but dotor put me on a progesterone challenge 10mg fo 7 days that is why i had my period jan 20th..why am i getting this weird bleeding now? why is it not coming out? please i am very scared. Only want experienced to answer

I met my close (former) friend last night at a mates party.(I needed time out to get over my feelings for her)She said the friendship was lost(via txt on Monday) and we both felt awkward at the beginning-I couldn't even say a word!I ended up speaking to her for most of the evening-she couldn't believe I was being so normal-especially after what she txt me(friendship lost-move on)

I apologised for hurting her i.e. wanting no contact - she snaped bck saying YOU NEVER HURT ME! GOOD/BAD RESPONSE??

I asked her if she'll join us on our group roadtrips - she said YES! - A POSITIVE SIGN OF FRIENDSHIP RESTARTING???

As she left I said that hopefully/possibly see you in a few months -she replied I'll see you at the roadtrip - we said bye and she gave me a tight hug - ANOTHER POSITIVE SIGN???

She needed a hug from my mate as it was too much for her to take in!

IS THE FRIENDSHIP REALLY LOST???

I'm 24, and have been married for a year and 8 months. My husband and I decided to postpone having a baby for a year. And then we were apart in different countries for the next 5 months. We're now together, but I still haven't fallen pregnant. For some months, my period has been irregular. I know, nothing is a cause for concern until we have been trying for at least 6 months, and things take time. But with each passing month that I get my period (3 months so far), I grow hopeful and then dejected as tests come out negative and periods come and go. Cousins and friends I know have all got children by now, and those who are much younger than me (my sister included). It's something i've discussed with my husband, but says our time will come. I feel sad... like some kind of false hope i carry... I'm young. I married young. But why am i not normal to fall pregnant soon? Sometimes I blame myself I have been too preoccupied with studies/career minded that I am denied a baby now.
