Happiness is not money, as psychological research has shown that the wealthy are just as happy as the middle-class. Happiness is instead based on your ability to find contentment. If you are constantly striving for some sort of ultimate happiness, you will never be able to appreciate the things around you.

something very hard to achieve with the regulations and duties modern life bestowes upon us from the time of birth. I'd say it's just living life without being tied to anything considered of value. Fulfilling your dreams and waking up in the morning with the only stresses on your mind being how to successfully feel free and do what pleases you.
