I referred a close family member for a job at the company I work for and she got it. Now, after a week she doesn't like it and is going to quit as soon as she can find another job. I've only been there 9 months, but it's the best job I've ever had. The owner's cardinal rule is honesty and I feel somewhat obligated to let him know what's going on, but then again it would cause a lot of hard feelings in the family, especially if she is unable to find another job and ends up staying.

Also, how should I handle things on the personal side with our family relationship? I feel betrayed and used, but she's barely speaking to me now. I really thought I was doing her a favor.

Okay I have a dog named Ginger and she is about to turn 1years old we bought her an 80 doller doghouse so she could hangout there in the day the problem is when she was a puppy she had a cage and hated it well she will not go into the dog house can some one tell me why she will not or how to get her to go in there

he's my fiance and I love him so much and I think he's cute and even if he's not I wouldn't care. my parents are making a big deal out of it (our relationship) saying that he's too ugly for me and I will regret marrying him, I don't see him as ugly at all.
I'm 5'8 and 140 lbs and hot....they say :)

I don't get opinions from people about him..except from my family, so I just wanted to get some opinions about him from people here :) I really don't care for what you all say about him (don't mean to be rude :D)but I just wanted to know what you all are gonna say :D

does anyone have any tips i can use as a preventative measure to keep my face looking nice for when i get older? somethings i can use to keep from getting wrinkles, age spots etc... over the counter and natural products/remidies will do. i already use spf and moisterizer

Ok, so like the past two weeks i have been getting atleast five calls a day from this number, and they just dont speak then they hang up, I Have tried to find out what buisness it is myself and have had no luck, this is getting really really annoying now, when i ring the number back i get the message "the number you have dialed had not been recognised" (I Live in the uk)

Has anyone got any ideas? as this is getting beyond a joke, and i dont understand how it cannot be recognised as i have done 14713 to dial it straight back! grrrrr the number is 00800 3160492

I worked as the second shift supervisor. In Nov. of 2004 my company went to one shift and at that time the company had decided to keep me on. It is now 2007 and the company is healthy. Yesterday my manager said to me that he wanted me to change my hours because he could not justify me working overtime during the week, since he has two supervisors and the other one is on salary and hourly. He told me that it is fine for me to work on Satrudays. This will be taking 5-10 hours of OT away from me just because I'm hourly?? Please help my understand is this legal?

I have had two children both with epidurals, first epidural great experience, second epidural i am not sure if my anesthesiologist was no good or what but i felt pain in the same area for months after birth and it hurt very bad when she gave it to me and i had great labors with both but would love to try no medication, can somebody give me their inspirational story, has anyone experienced both? thank you all

i know the healthy way to lose weight but does anyone know of a good crash diet to lose weight for special events and medical procdures? My niece is having surgery and they told her to get as much weight as possible off in 2 weeks due to complications...but they didnt say how! Please help..shes
