Positive reinforcement is where it's all at. May take awhile though. My dogs love their crates but one is afraid of a dog house in the kennel because it tipped one time when he was walking in it (on uneven pea gravel). Now I have to coax him into it--doubt if he'll ever be 100% comfortable

Make a game of going in there to get a treat. Also put some old clothing item of the person in the family that she likes the most in there. She will love having that smell with her. Make sure they rub their smell into the item.
We have to cage our little Yorkie at night because she has accidents. But we never make her go in her cage as a punishment. The door is always left open all day and she frequently goes in there to have a nap. You may have to work with your little Ginger there for a couple of weeks but if you are consistent with the treats she will eventually see that it is not a bad place to be.

You need to show her that the doghouse is nothing bad, throw a treat in the house, and if she goes in there give her another treat and praise her. Put the house somewhere where she can see everything thats going on in the house (living room, kitchen) But the only thing you cant do is show her that the house is a bad thing, thats shes been bad when she goes in there.

That's a tough one. Have you tried giving treats to encourage her into the doghouse?
We've started keeping one of ours in a crate overnight. He wouldn't go near it at first, but with the help of a clicker and some treats, he loves it now. (on the other hand, he was crate trained as a puppy so we weren't starting from scratch)

If you're putting her outside during the day just leave the doghouse where she can get in it. I you get a day it rains pretty hard its a safe bet she'll seek shelter somewhere. Put some bedding material in there for her to lay on and snuggle up in to stay warm.

Put treats in there and toys or blankets that she likes. Start feeding her in the dog house so she'll associate getting fed with going into the dog house.

put her in there and give her a treat... or take it inside and coax her into it with treats ... once she sees that she can come and go as she pleases then she'll go in it if she wants/needs to =) try putting something soft in there for her to lay on... only if she doesnt tear it up =) and if she is the type to tear stuff up then put straw/hay in it while its outside!!

take her favorite toy or treat & put it in there then use it to coax her in repeat until she is comfortable & keep her in there for like a minute & increase the time as you go if all else fails just put her in there yourself
