What if anything should I do tomorrow about this girl?
Ok well basically I met this girl way back in november at a party, and I got her number and things looked like they were going well except I kind of messed up and after a while I finally gave up cuz it had just been too long, if u want to read more u can look at the question I asked a while ago. Well I saw her coming into the gym while I was leaving yesterday and didnt realize it was her until I passed her even though I looked right at her, the problem is when she looked at me she looked really sad or something, so I'm just wondering what this means, if she likes me and if she does should I just call her up?

There is this gal who always turns down my requets of being her boyfriend but soon after does or says something to give me hope like 'dont rush me', 'if you were my boyfriend...' or 'give me time'. We often even do things together like shopping and asks my opinion on what to wear or hair stlye to put on. when we are alone she holds my hand like lovers do and gives me squeezing hugs . we are yet to kiss . She tells me her secrets and i know she trusts me.
but she flirts with strangers even in my presence? she simply does not care! shes very pretty, so naturally people are always after her. and i cant ask, shes not my girlffriend- Remember?
is she really interested or should i quiet.

Say... a teacher teaches children about an historical event, but preempts the lesson with an announcement:

"I have to teach this to you and you have to memorize it and pass a test based on it. You don't have to remember it forever and you don't even have to believe it, but just memorize what I tell you long enough to pass a test and then you can believe it or disregard it at your pleasure".

Is that ok? Is it ok for teachers to add a disclaimer before teaching certain things they don't agree with?

I ask this because someone posted a story about a teacher who made a very similar announcement to a group of gradeschoolers, but it wasn't about an event in history... it was about evolution.

So... should teachers be allowed to do that?

So here is how it goes... am m/29 and single and also looking... but haven't found anyone special to settle down with. am worried that if i hold out any more will not find any suitable girl to marry ..(people from India might connect with this problem). friends and relatives have put this fear in my head that the choice of partners to choose from will gradually dwindle as age progresses. I think i may require some more time to make it i.e career-wise and mentally...or may be that may never even happen (who knows !!!)..but i fear that these pressures might just get to me one of these days..

Now for the twist in the tale...am also painfully shy even if my 'dream girl' were to look me in the eye...wouldn't probably be able to make ANY move...at all. have never been out on a date or asked any girl out... though had my chances ..just didn't take them.

LOOKING FOR SERIOUS ADVICE ONLY....save me the wisecracks.
