Basically Ice-T takes out everyone 1 by 1. The guy who starts it all tries to make a new disguise for himself when he is ambushed in an alley and then Ice-T takes his gun jams it with paper and when Burns pulls the trigger it explodes on himself.
Very Good movie choice.
