Just wondering if anyone knows how he is progressing with the Tigers, I had high expectations of him out of Wake Forest, he looked like a cant miss prospect. (If there is such a thing!)

Well, if you hadn't read, he had Tommy John surgery already and lost a year of playing. Since he came back to the minors, he hasn't been as good. His 2006 stats look like this:

2006
GCL Tigers 5 Games: ERA 3.63, K/9 8.83, WHIP 1.44
Lakeland 8 Games: ERA 11.90, K/9 3.20, WHIP 2.24

So, he's back on his feet but it looks like he's not exactly dominant. However, he does seem to be on the Tiger's 40 man roster on wikipedia, so I'm not sure exactly what that might mean... maybe they're checking him out at spring training.

He had Tommy John surgery a year or so ago. If everything goes alright, he should end in Toledo or be close this year.
