So here is how it goes... am m/29 and single and also looking... but haven't found anyone special to settle down with. am worried that if i hold out any more will not find any suitable girl to marry ..(people from India might connect with this problem). friends and relatives have put this fear in my head that the choice of partners to choose from will gradually dwindle as age progresses. I think i may require some more time to make it i.e career-wise and mentally...or may be that may never even happen (who knows !!!)..but i fear that these pressures might just get to me one of these days..
Now for the twist in the tale...am also painfully shy even if my 'dream girl' were to look me in the eye...wouldn't probably be able to make ANY move...at all. have never been out on a date or asked any girl out... though had my chances ..just didn't take them.
LOOKING FOR SERIOUS ADVICE ONLY....save me the wisecracks.

Don't listen to anyone; listen only to yourself and what rings true for you. The fear of not finding a suitable girl to marry is just as likely as finding your perfect mate; the pendulum swings in both direction. It is your choice whether to accept what others fear or to believe that you will indeed find the love of your life one day; this is called the law of attraction. Engrave that intention in your mind and you will manifest it.
Regarding your shyness, don't worry about it. Once you find that girl who makes your heart skip a beat, you will move mountains just to get to know her. I wish you the best!

i have chatted with many young men as yourself who are so shy to approach girls in their country.
our customs from one country are so different.
Go forward with your career.
try going out on dates with girls you are not attracted to or intimadated by, and use them as practice dates??/
the more you date, the more datable you become.
the more you go out there and just do it, the more girls will want to be with you.
laws of attraction.
girls/women like the man to make the first move.
if you are into your career, then wait!
nothing more sexy than well accomplished older man!
doesn't your family have someone picked out for you?
