There's a girl I'm crazy over, and have been crazy over since the very beginning of the year (even when I had a girlfriend)

I can never stop thinking about her, and I found out around last November/December that she likes me. Days turned to weeks, and weeks turned to 3 months, and I recently found out that she STILL likes me.

I know I have to do something about this and do it within the next week (I may have to transfer schools for a while because of a certain issue between my parents and custody)

I'm confident I'll stay in this school, so nvm that

ANYWAYS, every single time I get close to her I get redfaced and can't talk to anyone. I can't do anything intelligent, or even walk normal... I really need to learn how to talk with her, even a simple hello.

Please, someone help me :)

In my company, there is a notice period of 3 months and if any employee leaves before that notice period, he/she has to pay the amount for that duration to the company. I would like to know how the tax is applied on that.
Whether this amount paid to the company will be deducted from annual salary and will be exempted from tax in INDIA.

If employee leaves without permissin of employer, then can employer take action against him/her?


Is it possible to take leave during that notice period, and get relieved after 3 months ?

So, this is the deal:

My best friend decided she wanted to hook me up with her cousin.

She was hanging out with him and she asked him what he thought of me and he said “she’s pretty cute” He had mentioned that he thought I was “cute” back in the summer a couple of times to her as well.

So me, her, our friend, and her cousin watched a movie and got some food and just hung out…
