ok so pretend your 32 and there's this girl who is 18 but very mature for her age. if are a t.v. star and spotted her on the streets and she came up to you and said hi. well you liked her and the two ended up talking over coffee. you had a great connection and you really like eachother. would you take things further despite the age difference? also keep in mind that the possibility for marriage is slim to none. and you just want to date eachother and see if maybe it will be a good relationship. but not with the mind that it will end up in marriage.

Look. take this from an honest good guy that would never hurt a woman if he could help it...men are pigs. The simple answer is yes...a guy would go out with you. I'm 31 and have been single since August and I've avoided some situations with young girls. My mind won when it told me NO, but my co-- was screaming YES! But I can't say for sure that I could keep saying no over and over again. The age difference is way too great ...this is not a good relationship to be in. It would be different if the girl was 28 and he was 42, but 18 is way too young for that situation.

i did that. it was cool for a while, but you got to figure the age difference will be more of a factor as time goes on. when your 32 he will be 46. i cut it off because i didnt know how i was going to be later on. nobody stays the same. as it turned out, it would have worked because i forgot to grow up. i didnt know that then. she was 18 and i was 42. she was very mature for her age, but she really hadnt lived and experienced all that i had and i felt that i would be cheating her out of alot of lifes experiences cause id already been thru them. ive seen those relationships go both ways, its just the maturing factor that you have to consider.

I am 44 and my wife is 25. We are very happy and we make it a point to tell each other how lucky we are every day. I met her when she was 20 and married her a year after that. Her daughter is 9 and she is also very happy that I am her father now. Age only becomes a facter when closed minds say it is, and even then,,, what does it matter if you are happy.

Its a 14 year age difference, as time goes by, that will mean less and less, but at 18, it means a lot...
At 45, it means a lot less...

No. I think it's kind of creepy. I'm seventeen. I would NEVER date someone that age. It doesn't matter how mature you think you are. You won't be able to handle it. And girl, there are sooooo many guys out there your age. Just go with your generation.

Just think about how old you were when she was Born!!! Then decide if you would have dated her then...if it's no then you should do nothing more than admire the scenery from a distance.
