This girl sounds bored and insecure about who she is. Things are changing in her life. She experiments with her identity and with people's attention, manipulating their emotions to see what effects she can achieve.
Her friends might be wary of her, concerned (after observing her various eccentric behaviour), that her apparent instability might impact or reflect on them. Quite likely they feel awkward in her presence or don't know how to respond, or just don't trust her.
She might find it helpful to reflect on places, people, thoughts, etc. that make her feel good. Especially those that give a sense of 'being at one with her true self'. If something of this nature has recently been lost, it might help to talk about it, or draw it, or write about it. Having some private time for this can be a good thing.

i think that she crying out for help, she need to talk to someone
that will be there for her, she has some issues that she need
to address that why she acting out. especially if she hurt her self
that a good sign of problems.
