I recently started to listen to jazz on the radio, and I find myself enjoying it a lot. It is the perfect mix between easy listening and sensory stimulation. The thing is, all the songs just blend into one for me, because I have no idea what I am hearing. So:

-Where can I learn more about jazz?
-What bands should I listen to?
-What types of things should I be listening for in the music?

Thanks!

Ok, so this is the first valentines day since i've tied the knot. Before we were married my husband lived in Las Vegas and i lived in Utah so we had a long distance thing going last valentines day. Now were married and he says he doesnt like valentines day because its a stupid holiday:-) So.......i want to suprise him by just having a really sweet romantic evening. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions. I think the reason he feels this way is because he's never really celebrated valentines day.

I read about every fitness magazine around and hear millions of different ways to diet. There are magic pills that do it for you or candy bars with a zillion calories in them to make you not hungry. Bull. There is only one way to loose weight and that is to eat right and excersise and that is what I want to do. The only problem is, is that I don't know what the perfect day of eating looks like to loose weight. How many carbs are too many in one sitting? Do you snack on carbs in between meals? If you are excersising isn't it good to be snacking on carbs? But then I hear carbs are the devil. Can someone help me???

instead of just looking up the information on the net or in a library?

Is it to see others opinions, or maybe see different answers to the same question?

Or is it to see how dumb some answers are? Just for fun, I mean?

Isn't it time for minorities to do away with the crutches and start walking on their own?

Oh and by "racism" I mean institutionalized racism. Of course there are some racist people around, still, but they have no power because the law doesn't protect their beliefs.

I understand that I can't have cookies, ice cream, candy, or other junk food the like, but I guess I am a little unclear on the specifics. What about yogurt or juices? Is organic sugar or other types of sweetners okay? Any advice or info resources would be much appriciated. Thanks.

I mean, his behavior was a bit extreme.

First, persecuting the Jewish Christians. Then, his "vision" that God talked to him. Finally, joining the "Christian Way" and spending his life and finances to travel and preach Christian theology.

Who got themselves in a marriage, set children into the world and made everything solid calculateing all this for a certain reason (besides love) For example not haveing to work, "chaining" the partner to yourself, makeing somebody else jealous, planning to rip the other off .... and so on. I mean all the true reasons behind cheating yourself with this "But I DO love him/ her!"-crap.

It seems that this fight could actually happen despite Hopkins wanting to go up to heavyweight and challenge Mastev as that seems unlikely now. I would imagine the fight would be made at Light heavyweight, so over 12 rounds who wins?

In answering which religious denomination I belong to (Mormon), I got thumbs down by other YA's.

I am 18 at the moment and have only one year of college left, I will graduate, May, 2008. I want to do law but have heard rumors that if you start law school to young you will be unable to finish, or if able to finish school to get a job. I have done all of the work that juniors in college have. I am going to a respectable university and have a high GPA. Am I to young to go to law school? Are there any detriments to going to law school that young?

I came across this question from the 2000 AP exam, and it seemed easy and so I answered it by now I don't know if it's right!!

H2S(g) 2 H2(g) + S2(g)
(a reverse reaction!)

When heated, hydrogen sulfide gas decomposes according to the equation above. A 3.40 g sample of H2S(g) is introduced into an
evacuated rigid 1.25 L container. The sealed container is heated to 483 K, and 3.72 ×10-2 mol of S2(g) is present at equilibrium.

(a) Calculate the equilibrium concentration, in mol L-1, of the following gases in the container at 483 K.
(i) H2(g)
(ii) H2S(g)

(b) Calculate the partial pressure of S2(g) in the container at equilibrium at 483 K.

Thank you!
