Ok, so this is the first valentines day since i've tied the knot. Before we were married my husband lived in Las Vegas and i lived in Utah so we had a long distance thing going last valentines day. Now were married and he says he doesnt like valentines day because its a stupid holiday:-) So.......i want to suprise him by just having a really sweet romantic evening. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions. I think the reason he feels this way is because he's never really celebrated valentines day.

well i think you should have a little candle lit dinner, slow romantice music, flowers, chocolates... all that kind of stuff. and then you could snuggle up afterwards. have fun! ; )

I agree with your husband. Valentine's day is a Hallmark holiday that every one else is using to cash in. Save the romance for your anniversary.
