I understand that I can't have cookies, ice cream, candy, or other junk food the like, but I guess I am a little unclear on the specifics. What about yogurt or juices? Is organic sugar or other types of sweetners okay? Any advice or info resources would be much appriciated. Thanks.

I should note that I am not doing this to lose weight, just for general health. Also, I am breastfeeding so supplements are sort of out of the question for the time being.
