I heard that the Government are changing the holiday allowence to new employees from 20 days to 22/23 days. Does anyone know if this is this true? And if you have a website that you could paste on here, so I could read through?
I am doing the registers at the moment for all the other workers and it has not been changed to this new way, so I dont know if its not true or my work are trying to get away with it. :o(

The running type that is. Being a keen runner I bought some. They are lightweight and comfortable, and don't weigh you down when you get soaked in the rain.
The other half reckons they are obscene as she puts it "it looks like things are trying to break out".
I'm a bit para about them now. Should I let the odd giggle and the odd stare put me off the practicality of them. Personally I didn't think that sort of thing got noticed much these days. Also they cost £40 quid a pair, I have two. light grey and red. Are they that bad?

i was accepted and sent a conditional offer pending an english exam and official transcripts

took the exam scored more than they wanted,and sent them the transcripts they emailed me saying ive got low marks( although i passed all subjects and earned the bachelors degree)and they asked for a lower secondary honors in the uk thats from 50 to 59%
ive got 53


weird thing is they saw my overall mark on my certificate when i first sent it to them and after they saw it they sent me a conditional offer 2 days before starting the course they just blewed me off

that they like us? I am the only one with this problem? Maybe because I have some abandonment issues from a previous relationship gone bad. Ok Im 2 months till 15 and Im about 175cm around there since I last measured. My face Is an oblong shape but I used some 3d thing to show what hair would suit this type. Only when I typed the name they gave it in google it came up with a razor cut which is not what i want. Ive picked 3 types of hair which would be suitable cause my school is really strick with long hair. I personally like the first best. However I wanna no what would look more in others such as girls point of views seeing as girls would no more about hair. However I want guys to make sure that it would not look stupid either.

My friend told me that theyre stored in some kind of cache somewhere and that she can read her staff members old conversations. I wouldnt be worried except that the other day my friend said something as a joke that would have been gross misconduct if it was misconstrued as my opinion popping up on my work monitor. I immediately blocked him and shut it down and sent him a stern email to never ever say anything like that to me via the net, especially not whilst I'm at work. Can people still find it?

sometimes commuter planes can be terrfying, such as you can see what the pilots are not doing. As the plane veers off to the right, for example, and the pilots have not rouched a button, wheel, or lever, the [assenger cannot help but wonder whether or not the plane is, in fact, supposed to be veering off to the right..
My question is, it may be better not to know what is going on in the cockpit if you are just a passenger on an airplane. Do you think a person, who is a non-member of a certain professional, might be better off not knowing what a professional is doing? why?
