i was accepted and sent a conditional offer pending an english exam and official transcripts

took the exam scored more than they wanted,and sent them the transcripts they emailed me saying ive got low marks( although i passed all subjects and earned the bachelors degree)and they asked for a lower secondary honors in the uk thats from 50 to 59%
ive got 53


weird thing is they saw my overall mark on my certificate when i first sent it to them and after they saw it they sent me a conditional offer 2 days before starting the course they just blewed me off

You can, but you'd have to find a good lawyer.. and it would be a very big hassle. I was going to attempt to sue for discrimination based upon my learning disability... but I was told not to bother, because of all the stress it would put me through, and that the university would be able to afford a team of lawyers, and it would be a financial burden as well.

but if you have enough money, and a good lawyer, go for it by all means!
