i haven't cut myself in a few days, but now i've started thinking all the time about losing weight, even though i know that by bmi or whatever i'm actually underweight, and i haven't been starving myself exactly, but i skipped lunch today and it made me feel really good about myself, and i ate a lot for dinner so i got enough calories still that i'm not starving myself or anything, but idk, it still kind of worries me a little.
