If he is morally upright and can serve the country well, why not? Isn't America the most democratic country in the world which value most on human rights and racial discrimination?

I would vote for a candidate who happens to be black to be our president. I would want him to be able to do a better job than George W. Bush and lead our country in a positive direction. There are a lot of things in America that needs to be resolved. I just want to have the best man or woman in office to run our country.

I wouldn't vote for a candidate because of what race they are, I would vote for them if they seemed honest, had detailed plans to fix the economy, and really had plans to fix the mess Bush has put America in.

I won't vote for someone because they're black, but I have no problem voting for a good candidate who happens to be black.

I would vote for a president that happens to be black,not just because he is black.But I do wish Condaleeza would run for president.She ain't scarrred of ANYTHING.She is truly a graceful,intelligent, and brave woman.

No, I will not vote for President. My reason being I am not an American. Many Christians and Catholics while claiming to be "upright", "tolerant", and "positive" are in fact the opposite. I would only trust an Atheist in government. One who knew it was the State's obligation to serve all groups of people.

I would vote for him if he was the best qualified, and suited for the job. I would never vote for him just because he was or was not black. Anyone who would is too stupid to vote!
