I absolutely hate to hear this word used among the black culture. However, i understand that it has become a term on endearement within the culture. Yet, if one insists upon using the N word...why do they insist upon using it in front of the white race. I think the word is an inappropriate word and even moreso in front of a race that created it originally as a derogatory term for blacks. How do you guys feel about this word and how would you feel if this word was eliminated from the english language.. All opinions welcome

If ex and I bought a house and I am leaving, he has agreed to stay in the house and get two roommates. In a year he wants to refianance and take my name of the mortgage and off the house. Doesn't he have to buy me out? We have lived in the house for eight months, neither of us had to come up with money to close. But if we were to sell it in a year (that way there will be equity built up) wouldn't I been entitled to half of the proceeds? I understand less what he had to pay, but he is also getting roommates to pay half as well.

I saw the teenagers over there up to no good. At first, I thought that they were just playing around with the dog, then I heard the dog yelping ... I got out my binoculars and saw that they were shoveling spoonfuls of horseradish into the dog's mouth.

I'm not sure if I should say something to my neighbors or not. We are decent friends, good neighbors to each other.

IS THIS COMMON BEHAVIOR AMONG TEENAGERS THESE DAYS?

When forty winters shall besiege thy brow,
And dig deep trenches in thy beauty's field,
Thy youth's proud livery so gazed on now,
Will be a totter'd weed of small worth held:
Then being asked, where all thy beauty lies,
Where all the treasure of thy lusty days;
To say, within thine own deep sunken eyes,
Were an all-eating shame, and thriftless praise.
How much more praise deserv'd thy beauty's use,
If thou couldst answer 'This fair child of mine
Shall sum my count, and make my old excuse,'
Proving his beauty by succession thine!
This were to be new made when thou art old,
And see thy blood warm when thou feel'st it cold.

My husband and i got married when i was 21 and he was 23.He was an Australian here in the U.S.A as a pro-surfer i think he may have some sort of duel citzenship.Anyway i had just graduated from college and fell head over feet for but we seperated after a year.I shortly after found out i was pregnant with his son so i went and contacted him to inform him.He attended his sons birth and stuck around after for a little bit but we could not agree on anything so we split up.He moved back to Australia and i traveled to England for work and lived there for 6 months.I have traveled all over Europe for work with my son who is almost 7 now.For the record hubby did call me everyonce in a while to check on my son but never spoke to him though. He sent gifts to my parents house that my son did recieve worth about 620 dollars. He never paid child support though. Three weeks ago he called me he says he wants his family back Also he told me he wanted us to try again before we divorced?

My 3-year-old was diagnosed with autism, mild form. There is this doctor in the Tampa bay area that does a treatment like chellation (measuring mercury levels) and gluten free diet and vitamins? do you know if it is true?, I am very skeptical because insurance wont pay for it and he wants to charge $360+ testing and medications for the first time visit, then $90 for every 15 minutes on the subsequent visits. My son's therapists and doctors, neurologists and pediatricinas said nothing of that is true, I am afraid to fall for it and to be a scam and a lie to rip us out of money, I don't know what to do... does anyone have experience with this?
