Yes. Purchase a book called Lean for Life. It's only about $12 or so. Follow the instructions on what to eat and when to eat. Pretty much it's just a good balance of lean protein, certain fruits, and vegetables. It will tell you to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. In between those meals you should eat a protein snack every 1 to 2 hours. Seems like a lot but it's all about keeping your metabolism going. If you starve yourself, your body keeps everything you put in it. Also you will need to drink lots of water and do moderate exercise. But nothing crazy....maybe just walking for 30 minutes every day or at least 5 days a week. Watch out for things that are too high in fat or carbs. Just because it has protein in it, doesn't mean it's low in fat. I have just lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks. And what people say about losing weight too quickly is not true if you follow this plan. They have researched it for over 30 years. My family has also lost a ton of weight on this program and they haven't gained it back. Good luck! :)

if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I used a great website and coach who helped me. They were very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. The website is myhealthabc.com once you fill in your details (you will need to be over 18) then you get a call within a couple of days and they just ask what you would like to lose. There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. There is also a mall area they then you a link to where you can see the full range of products they have, its myhealthabcmall.com. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight, its all nutrition based. They are fun to work with aswell as being serious about helping you lose weight.
I lost all my weight in less than three months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them, the tips you get and encouragement are excellent (their advice and time is FREE). I am still with them so I stay healthy. The owners will advise you on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in less than five months.

well i wasted about 600 dollars at the age of 16 now im 22 and finally realizing that the 600 bucks may have not of been a waist either........i enrolled in the LA weightloss program and well lost 40lbs in a months time.....awesome....and after that 40lbs i said i dont need to loose weight anymore because it built some confindence....Now i am suffering with insulin resistance and polycysitic ovarian syndrome so its back to that 600 dollar diet once again....atleast i dont have to pay for it now...lol...anyways i know the struggle and believe me its hard but if you stick to this diet you will see a change....that 40lbs i lost i didnt even do any exercise...but i recommend some type of areobic at home or something......it will increase the results....so here it goes for the first 3 days eat ONLY 2eggs 2oranges 1tsp mortons light salt..any meat as long as its grilled and not breaded no condiments are allowed either but i slipped in some ranch dressing for the fresh brocolli and salad....just make sure its low in fat and carbohydrates those are the two bad guys for loosing weight....and all the fresh green leafy vegetables you can handle along with a multivitamin and calcium supplement...those are important. along with 8-10 glasses of water. after those three days of the changing of your metabolism....go weigh yourself and if you didnt cheat i can almost gurantee that you will have lost 6-10 lbs but hey if its only 4lbs its only 4lbs dont be discouraged after the three days change your diet a little ....your diet plan will consist of 2 1/2 protiens 3fruits 3 vegetables 2 carbs 8-10 glasses of water and only 2 diet softdrinks or tea(decaf) and limint artificial sweetner to 3packs a day for anything else you want to sweeten try sticking to low sodium tuna or grilled chicken and eggs as your source of protein because beef can take up to 3days to completely digest. make sure your fruits are fresh and not canned .....preservatives are BAD.....vegetables should be fresh also but frozen vegetables can be replaced. no canned vegetables......they are full of preservatives. dairy and cheese are very limited......milk yougurt and cheese are something that are pretty much avoided on this diet but if you want to eat some cheese go for the shreeded or block cheese and if you want a turkey sandwich get it sliced in the deli to get away from all the preservatives. use whole grain wheat bread or the carb counter bread.....white bread is not good because of the starches....and the best part of the diet is you can have one choclate peanut butter carmel or whichever flavor HIGH PROTEIN bars.......let me tell you that a protein bar tasted like a hot fudge sundae when you havent had anything that sweet... :) heres an idea of the plan after you do the 3 day metabolism jump...after that start with... breakfast 2eggs which is 1/2 a protein any piece of fruit.....and go ahead and eat your protein bar if you want......next snack time......go for something like a fruit or a handfulll of no sugar added cereal such as cherrios..then lunch...a low sodium tunda sandwich with mayo add any piece of fruit and a vegetable.....any vegetable that is low in carbs..stay away from potatoes corn peas stick to brocolli greens lettuce.. diet drink or decaf sugar free tea....then comes that late afternoon snack.....eat that other piece of fruit , for dinner have a salad..lettuce...a little cheese...slice of tomatoe...fresh spinach.... piece of grilled chicken topped with shredded cheese and another vegetable such as brocolli just keep the carbs low.stay away from unrefined sugars make sure you dont skip a meal or fruit or vegs....believe me you will probably get tired of eating on this diet..i did..but atleast your not playing the starving game.....if you have anymore questions let me know ......good luck .to you and to me too.........cause im headed back to the diet!
