Start at 5 feet at 100 lbs. For every inch over that add 5 lbs. So for example im 5'5 and my ideal weight would be 125, yours would be 110.

Keep in mind this is IDEAL, not average. Its actually on the lower side of average, assuming you want to be thin, but still not underweight at all.

I would just like to say, I think the link -bmac- has posted is the best way to determine your ideal weight.

I'm 5'3" and some of the weight charts I have seen elsewhere tell me that I should weigh about 108-132, if I weighed that much I would look ghastly thin.

If you are under the age of 45, you should wigh around 130. The min you should weigh is 115, while the max is 145. If you are over 45, youshould weigh around 140, the max 147.

I would say 100-115. I am 5' 3" and weighed 106 and I am not too skinny. It all depends on your body type look at the response with the chart.

I would think depending on your age about 120 to 130 pounds.

BMI is a very poor judge of what people should way. Body fat is the best way to judge the shape you are in. Anything under 25% is normal.
