****I have a serious phobia. I feel like I will be better prepared to deal with it if I can research it and understand what I am really afraid of.
---
Do not cunfuse my fear with Claustrophobia.
---
I realize I have Agoraphobia witch I understand is NOT a fear of open spaces, but really a fear of "not being able to escape a panic attack"
---
To complicate this I also have slight Agateophobia. Fear of becoming insain. (Due to the intense panic I feel"
---
The "Missing Link" for me is my arms. I have a SERIOUS Fear concerning my arms being confined. "Handcuffs, Straight Jacket, etc..."
---
I tried TWICE to get an MRI done. Once in an "open MRI".... I Paniced badly both times. The main reasons I paniced was because my arms couldnt move, and I could'nt "leave" without the technition "allowing" me. In other words, I had to trust them to let me out, but I couldnt trust the most trusted person for a billion dollars.
*****
Thanks in advance people.
