Depends who is actually driving each vehicle.You could have all the horsepower in the world but if the driver doesnt know what he/she is doing chnces are they arent gonna run the car very well.

In that short of a distance one of the main factors would be tires but considering all things = except for the cars I'd have to go with the Honda.
