Okay I have a question for you I want your honest answers people! Well almost 6 years ago I lost me grandmother due to heath problems and because of that I was given her 1st engagement ring (my grandfather had bought her a couple engagement rings: like a new one for there 25th anniversary and so on.)

I have this wonderful boyfriend and we have been together for 4 years now and we talk about marriage, babies, house and all that other future stuff. But when we talk about getting engaged I want him to give me my grandmother’s ring but he wants to buy me a new one.. Which I guess that would be fine because I could always switch between the two but see I only have three things to remember my grandmother by, memories, one picture and that ring..

I guess my question to you is if he would give me my grandmothers ring would that be weird and he tells me that it’s not his to give me but I tell him it is because it would mean more to me…. Is this weird!

my bf and i MIGHT be having a baby. aren't really sure yet but we've been talking about it for a bit cuz i might be pregnant and just to ease the stress we're bringing it up casually.
i'm taking a test this weekend for sure if my period doesn't start.. it's normally very regular and i'm only a little over a week late. saturday will be two weeks so then we are testing.
if we do have a baby we want really unique names and ones that follow in our nicknames but sound like cool names you know? my nick name is diamond eyes and his is hero so the names we thought of are:

Diamond Rae for girl
Legend (can't think of a middle name yet) for boy

Well, I am Deaf, read lips, speak english and sign language. There are times when having conversation with Hearing person...they get impatient when there are times I don't always get all what they say. Lots of times I have them telling me this "Its your problem if you don't get what I said in the first time!" And they won't repeat it. That makes me mad when they do that. I don't think it is fair for Deaf person had to pull all the works to make the conversation easier and I believe Hearing should at least try to help in.
Sometimes with a habit I pretend that I heard everything and respond with yes or no. Because it is embarrassing when you don't always get everything they say.

Hey we could have went to alot of other places(lot of dictators around)-but ya know this war was a complete lie and maybe that is why it is back firing on us-Bush and his neo-cons have blood on their hands. I don't get it. By all means, not to sound too pretentious, I'm a great guy! I'm 20, 5'11, 210lbs, hazel eyes, brown hair. I work full time and make great money for someone my age, am very involved in several community theatre programs, and I love kids and hold fundraisers for charities that are children-based like St. Judes. All my girlfriends (friends who are girls) tell me I'm "so cute" and "adorable" and even sometimes "sexy", yet I can not seem to find a guy who concurs. I have never been in a REAL relationship, and by "real" I mean lasting longer than one week.

What am I doing wrong?
