Everything changed for the Brits, they converted everything below ground to shelter, blacked out their windows, chimney tops, turned off all the power to some areas, every able bodied person became a coast watcher, a factory worker, people sent their children from the city to the country in hopes of protecting them from the saturation bombing, they launched about anything that would float to rescue their army and bring them home.

umm they werent allowed street lights on at night, because of german bomers, so Percy Shaw invented the cats eye so people can still see where they are going on the unlit roads. guess thats one change.
