i cannot pronounce "sixth" and "precision" properly! someone help please! when i say sixth, it ends up being sixf or something and precision, prehcision and it sounds really weird

I have a 13-month-old daughter, and this is the first year that I will be claiming her on my taxes. However, I am a full-time student and my only income is from work-study. I earned a grand-total of $1608.42. I put my preliminary info into one of those tax refund websites, and it says I"m eligable for the EIC, but what about the child tax credit? Is there a reason why I would not be able to get that, too? I do not have my W2 yet, so I can't officially file, yet, but I would like to know why I can get the EIC but not the CTC. If anyone has any insight, please share it with me!

37 and never married before. My wife of 5 yrs has been lying and stealing from me since the first month of marriage The only way she will admit this behavior is if I catch her red handed and even then she denies it or she will admit it, then, will deny it the next time like it never happened thus causing more problems. I think if I just turn a blind eye all will be good (to her). I’ve done that on too much stuff. She can be a sweet heart in many ways (as my family & friends see her)& I think I still love her. I have taken on her two children from her other two marriages as my own. Private school, vacations homework etc..She has been diagnose w/depression (as her mother and her daughter (my step daughter) been to counseling, doctors, medications etc…her behavior has changed very little if not at all. She is aware of her lies and stealing but it only changes how she goes about continuing it. IE abuses my credit cards and then throws away my statements ((so I don’t see them) (&other bills/mail to make it look like the post offices fault). Now hides incoming checks (Lots of this stuff). Counselor #2, Pastor w/ counseling degree, recommended a book titled Adult Children of Alcoholics, applies also to dysfunction raised children that revere to abnormal behavior because that is familiar to them. Pastor give both of us (many sessions) things to work on I did mine, she actual went in the opposite direction. I don’t think she has cheated on me but I’ve been floored before. Do I need to end it?

How does that happen? Meaning how does the body go from telling you "I need sleep" to being wide awake again, as if you got a 'second wind'?

Any idea's.... my pug is now a little over 5 months old and she is just not getting the whole toilet training thing, like she sleeps in the laundry over night and i put paper in there but she will always go on the paper and if i take the paper out she will just go on the tiles and i literaly have to keep her on a leash inside cause if she needs to go she will just go... I take her out all the time, she goes outside then when she comes inside she goes again, she as a routine time that she eats and a time that she sleeps but the toilet thing is like all the time.

just because the Supreme court says it is.The flag represents not only our nation, but our hope, our future, our unity, and our patriotism. If people want to protest something the government is doing they can do so with words or something else. Burning the flag is so hurtful and offensive to many Americans. I feel it shows ultimate hatred for our nation. So, should it be illegal to burn the flag or is it a valid form of speech.

Fear is a healthy emotion, since it warns us away from situations that could hurt us i.e. walking into a lions den, playing with a deadly snake.

How and why then does fear turn into a negative emotion? For example there was a case of a man killed in England when a village got to fearful of his introvertedness.

How can fear being a positive emotion lead to hate, persecution and injustice? Is it a flaw in the human condition that turns what would otherwise be a positive self-protection mechanism into a negative and unjustified killer? Or is it a by product of our society?

How can such situations be overcome, and how can it be translated to the large scale (real world)?

Please explain your answers. I thank you in advance for your insight?
