Are you talking about a music scene? Like the punk scene, metal scene, goth scene? It would be about the music, the bands and fans of the bands who play the music and the fashion and politics that goes along with it.

Do you mean like with movies? A scene in a movie is often defined as the time from when the camera is turned on "action", to the time it is turned off "cut".
