bones (the fibula) had healed wrong and needed to be rebroken. WHile it is not as bad as my original injury, it still means a couple more weeks on crutches and at least 4 more in a fiberglass cast. Is this gross incompetence on his part for not noticing over two months?

im 17 and i work my mom doesnt work so no one can claim my brother and he is 14, we leave in the same house, and because my mom doesnt work i give her some of my money. i wanted to know if i can claim my brother as a dependant, since i the money i give my mom is usually being used on my brother???

i also was wondering if i can put myself as a dependant since i am under age and no one else can claim me either????

also someone told me i can claim head of household!!!

I think I have hit my limits - my BF and I have lived together for over a year now and his 7yr old daughter has turned into the devil. Over the weekend I asked my daughter and her to pick up there stuff - she left her tights on the floor and refused to pick them up because she decided she didn't want them - therefore did not have to pick them up.I told her that it was no excuse and asked her again - It escalted into yelling & I said fine either pick them up or go to your room.She chose her room...It was something so stupid but it has been an ongoing issue with her talking back to both her dad & I, having no resect for anything and now she just ignors me when I ask her to do something.3 times since that incodent I nicely asked both kids to do something and got ignored by her.Her father then needs to re-ask her to do the task.I have been so upset over this that I snapped at my 4yr old for no reason making me feel like S***.I want more kids but - dont feel like I could handle it after her

I work in the banking industry and it seems almost none of the companies provide a traditional pension plan anymore. Everyone has a 401K but no one has a defined benefit plan. Maybe Bank of America does. Does you company have a plan and if you are one of the few how good is the plan?

I was perscibed medications for depression,anxiety,panic attacks, and so on. In the past three months I have been on-Effexor XR,Paxil,Prozac,Valium,Vistiral,Xanax,Seroquel (100mg,200mg,300mg). Currently I am on Seroqel,Xanax,and prozac. The doctor whom perscribes my medication has changed it every time i go see him, is this all right? It seems like by the time my bosy gets used to one med. he's got me on another. Everyone around my town says that this place uses people as test dummies! I need some factual infromation on what these medications do and how the effects are when taken together, and what happens when you stop one, and start another. Im having memory problems, and when on the valuim had urine problems. Please someone that knows this info help me!!! Also, I see a head doctor and a M.D and still no diagnoses has been made. My wife tells me that I act like a totally diffrent person like im not even thinking for myself. Can this medicine do that and is there evidence 2 support it
