Alot of these congressmen are banning smoking from public places lately. Anyone know how many states have done this so far? Also, I thought tobacco made a crap load of money for the government. You would think that they wouldn't try to ban it all over for fear that it would result in a decrease of tobacco sales. What do you think of the bans? Personally I think it's a good thing..because I hate the smell and I use to smoke. Amazes me that I use to smell like that.

I had a panic attack on the third lane a few years ago, and now I cannot go on the freeway without feeling like I am going to pass out. I feel like such a psycho taking the side streets when it is more convenient to take the freeway. Has anyone had a similar experience and how do I get over this?

I'm 18 years old and everytime my girlfriend and I lay on the couch or kiss and have intimate contact, I get an erection. I try to control myself, but I find it impossible sometimes. I get embarrassed about it and try to hide it from her as best as possible. We are not at a point where we can express ourselves through touching or intercourse. Often by the end of the night, I have blue balls.

Is it normal to have these erection so often and so easily? And, are there any methods that any men can give me to try and control myself? I would just like to lay on the couch with my girlfriend without having to worry about hiding my erection.

Hey guys, I want to meet Gerard Way (my hero) after the show in Detroit. The thing is, I don't know what exactly I should say to him and how long should I wait for him after the show's over. Should I tell him how much I appreciate MCR's music? Should I compliment him? Can I give him a hug (or possibly a kiss on the cheek)....? Is he fan-friendly...?

I have had large amounts of fiber in my diet. %50 of what I eat in a day is fiber. This has been going on for a while but it has getting worse.I have a hard time passing gas when I need too. I only have a stool about the size of a pea pod each day. They are not hard, they are soft and hard to wipe. this is not consitpation. what is it. What can I do to releave the disscomfort? This is starting to make me fee very ill. please help.

1. you are shopping everyday...going broke and have maxed out your credit cards...but you always wear what is trendy and in style...if its not label designer, forget it!
2. you haven't shopped in awhile but you have alot of things accumulated through the years...and u mix and match.
3.some of the things in ur closest still have tags on em...why not ebay it?...make money and buy things i'll actually wear?
4. my things are sooo old, maybe i need to think of getting something new..a shopping spree may get me up to date with the latest styles that is not from the 80s...
5. i love that old HS t shirt.....maybe i'll take out the neck line and add some safety pins...i hate shopping!
6. someone is starting to say i wear the same thing everyday...i need to buy another print by the same designer...

Here's the deal: A little while ago, I emailed my professor for the first time and called him "Dr. ................." But soon after in his office, I called him by his fist name - it just slipped!

Then in a subsequent email I adressed him by his first name because I already let it slip in his office. (He never said anything - he didn't seem bugged by it - but I'm sure he noticed the change).

Now I feel uncomfortable, though. Lile I crossed the line. He's really young and doesn't act "professor-like". Should I bring this up to him and ask him how he prefers to be called? I feel really weird.

If he was trying to prevent people from communicating with each other, why did he, for example, make German and Dutch really similar, or Russian and Ukranian? Or Hindi and Urdu? Or Hebrew and Arabic? They're all neighbouring languages.

God's a lot smarter than me so it doesn't fall to me to question Him, but surely it would have made more sense to, say, put the Japanese language next to the Spanish language instead of Portuguese?

I mean, if the goal was to "confuse their language so they will not understand each other"...

because i have. even if im in new york now,
where im originally from, its all too late. im almost 28.
where i am in life now, i shoulda done it by 23 or sooner.
where im from says im too late, and i cant catch up no more and im so tired. all my dreams and hopes, all hang in the balance now and i dont know what to do anymore.
i remember a time in the past when age didnt matter, that wherever u are in life, u can go for your dreams, takes some chances. but now its all playing safe, so people back home can be have something to say about you. i tried the best i could. im not from a rich family, i didnt have any kind of college education, tha i got this far is a miracle in of itself already. but how to go on now? im just about ready to give up,.

I think I am banned from Battlenet on StarCraft. I have tried every concieveable way of entering BNet, but cannot. It is what happens after flooding, but has persisted for 2 days. Even my bots cannot enter to ask anyone for help.


It happened after I finally hacked into Warcraft 3, and installed my legal version of the Frozen Throne. I tried to enter BNet, and it said, even though the CD-Key was valid, that it was not accepted. Then every time I tried to get on, it said that my internet was not connected. I then tried to go on StarCraft. It wouldnt let me on either. I cannot go on any Bnet Channel: USWEST, USEAST, ASIA, OR EUROPE. I am confused. This makes no sense. Their site is hopelessly and purposely unhelpful to me. I found nothing but something that said that my CD-key might have been muted. But if this is so, it would not mute all my 506 bot keys as well.



Help? Advice? Comment?
