Why is this man on trial, and not the incompetent doctor that allowed this? I'm having trouble understanding why the patient is to blame and not the doctor.. Here's the article

I'm having trouble understanding this case. Another thing that caught my eye: Supposedly the fact that he disputed a traffic ticket makes him guilty. Since when are disabled people stripped of their rights to dispute criminal charges or traffic offenses against them?

I'm a little worried now because I am disabled and have a traffic ticket that I would like to dispute. If I dispute the traffic ticket I'm going to be charged with Felony Fraud because I have a disability, and disabled people aren't allowed to contest any violations?

Keep in mind that he did not distribute or produce the images. He just looked at some pics. Should the government be able to tell us what we can look at? Should these occurances be what we're focusing on in the war in Iraq or perhaps we should pay more attention to the soldiers who are killing families and civilians? I'm not for child porno, this is merely a thought provoking question that I'd like feedback on.

I am 2 summers over 30 but I would like to start using anti-aging products that prevent or eliminate wrinkles,fine lines,etc,. Me and my sister have this problem with my dad and the way he eats. He grew up with a big family and everyone had the worst eating habits. He talks with his mouth full, food flys out of it, he makes that gulping noise when he drinks, even when he swallows solid foods! Plus that weird clacking sound when you put to much food in your mouth. We've confronted him on his manners countless times, everytime we say something like "Dad please stop I'm trying to eat" Or "Could you please be a little quieter?" But he ignores us, so we suggested that he at least not eat around us, or go into another room. But guess what? We can hear him in the other room! It's that bad! We really tried having mature conversations about this but he gets mad! As if he has the nerve to be the mad one! It's gotten really bad, I feel so helpless, the sound is seriously sickening, nothing we do seems to work. How can we confront him if all he does is have a hissy fit? Please help!

Hey, ok, so my question is about my adorabley cute (slightly crazy...I think she has it in for me) cat. She is about 6 months old now and I don't think she has yet gone into heat...though I know it's coming soon. When we first got her I gave her this small camel toy thingy and now she carries it around in her mouth and takes it for a little walks. Lately though, I noticed that everytime that she is around it she gets....Weird. Non-stop meowing, rubbing against it, almost as though she is in heat. But she doesnt do that when she is not near it so I have doubts that it is heat. My mom thinks she is just attatched to it but I think my cat is a little too attatched, if you know what Im saying. (Note: She isn't fixed yet, but she is an indoor cat and we don't have other cats. We will of course get her fixed within this month.) Is this just normal? Is it heat? Pre-heat? Is she getting frisky with it? What are your thoughts?

So why is it that 51% of Americans don't accept evolution? If we're really still in such a Dark Age-mentality, why don't we also still believe that the world is flat, that the sun revolves around it, and that literate women should be burned at the stake?

I am looking for reborn dolls for sale/adoption. I am low on money though so hopefully a doll under $150? I know that's rare but if you can help me out I would be much obliged. I have a very long experience with white natives of united kigndom.Almost every time all individual from uk diplayed same pattern of behaviour faced by Ms.shilpa shetty.Ms.shetty later on publicly declared that the the behavour is not racial .I pity that she betrayed herself .This racism is deeply rooted in each individual of whilte origin expecially from UK ..Can it ever change ! ?
