The way it's going in Oakland it sure looks like it. That's sad too because Davis has meant so much to the NFL.

This is nothing new. This started happening back when he continued to allow inept QB Marc Wilson start year after year and dig the Raiders deeper and deeper.
Then it was Davis' brilliance that started Willie "I catch the ball and fall down" Gault over Tim Brown for four years.
Then it was drafting Todd Marinovich over Brett Favre.
Then it was the Marcus Allen fiasco.
Followed by the Jeff George death project.
Trading up to take Rickey "I've got no hands" Dudley ... and Houston selects (at the Raiders' spot) Eddie George.
Trading up and selecting Darrell Russell ... and the next pick was Shawn Springs.
Picking a kicker in the first round (trying to pull a Ray Guy) and the very next pick? Shawn Alexander.
Taking Robert Gallery over Larry Fitzgerald.
Letting John Gruden go.
Davis used to be the master and worked the draft well. Ever since Ron Wolf left, the Raiders have been a disaster. It is clear. It was Davis who ruled with an iron fist, but it was Wolf who built the franchise through player acquisition and the draft.

He is his own worst enemy. He should just go back to being just the owner instead of being the owner and GM. He needs to hire a GM and let him get this team on track.
Not sure how much more Raider Nation will put up with this.
