If you double the recipe w/o doing the same for the pan it cooks in, the results will not be very good; the brownies will not cook properly, and be runny. What you can do is use 2 pans in the same oven, one on the top rack and one on the bottom, then at the 1/2 way point of cooking, switch the pans from top to bottom and vice versa; that way you get 2 batches in the same amount of time !! Send some to me when they are done :]
