Raised bed kitchen garden in SF Bay Area. Nothing froze but well-fed insects eating everything (radishes, kale, chard, spinach, lettuce). Any ideas? (I have protected aginst snails and slugs.)

my doctor told me tht i've chicken pox, at that time i had few blisters, but within a day they 've spread all over my upper body. they 've also started appearing on my thighs. now i'm in my 3rd day of this hellish experience.i cant lie down or even sit properly cos all of my back and neck is covered with it. the itching never stops and especially in my scalp and the back its the worst. the doctor gave me some capsules for infection and calamine solution but i cant see any effects. i havn't slept properly for the last two days. i've to skip school for over a week, i guess. please give me some advice how to get over this quickly?? i am also worried about blisters on my face, if they can leave marks or spots on my face and neck ? how long it takes for the C.P. to go away without a trace? please help.

a while back i went to jail for 5 months.and while i was locked up my wife told me she had a job that paid really good $$. at first she didnt wanna tell me what kind of job is was but i kinda knew what she was up too, finally i got to admit to me what kind of job she had.she told me she was working as an female escort.i hated the fact that she had that job, so i told her i wouldnt get mad if she told me about her job.at first she was working for an escort agency, now she doing it by her self, booking apointments and go to calls by herself.and the only reason she got this job was to bond me out now that im out she doesnt want to quit what she is doing.shes allways on the internet placing ads about herself. i drove her to her calls a couple of timesi thought i could handle it , but now i cant..im allways thinking what she doing with her clients.she tells that theres no sex at all jus all nude dances. i told her that dont want her doing this and that i hate it so much but she dont care

well i've been with this dude for a month now and things seems to be alot different then how it use to be. when we weren't in a relationship together we would talk on the phone all night long and our conversations was sooo wonderful, but now that we are together, we don't go out, we never seem to talk on the phone as much (it's like every other day) and when we do talk, our conversations are 5 mins.. i really like the dude but he seems to busy now. he has a job and i understand he wants to hang out with his regular friends but do he have time for me? do he really want to be with me? or is he playing with my emotions?i really could use some advise people. so watt should i do about the situation???????

What do you think of the Soviet Union's old friend France opposing the iraqi war? The French basically left NATO in the middle of it and demanded NATO troops leave France in 1966. Both before and after that, French policies were unhelpful towards the USA at best, actually harmful at worst. It is more reasonable to consider France an ally of the USSR during the Cold War than of the USA.

Hello. If you read back you'll see that i've had some fun dental adventures in the past Three or Four months. I've had Oral surgery to get four molars removed, three fillings and now i have braces.


I've been having some personal stress problems (those boyfriends i tell ya) and minor work related stress, and i'm not entirely sure thats the cause, but i've been clenching down on my teeth so hard that it wakes me up. Since my teeth already hurt from braces moving my teeth around, it just makes it that much worse. Recently i snapped a brace off from my teeth clenching, and now i have wire poking my cheek.



Please don't tell me to talk to my orthodontist, because i plan on it, (i'm set up in a situation where the Dr. only comes to the dentist office every other thursday otherwise i would have gone to see him sooner) but i'm wondering if there are any options right now? i see my Dr. next thrusday. And i've now acquired some built up anxiety about sleeping ... HELP Please!?

I have a USB converter that lets me do this but on one game (Pro Evo Soccer 6) some of the buttons don't work. The important ones do, but the directional buttons, start and select don't work. Do you know how I could fix this? Is there any way of telling 'Start' to translate to 'space-bar' on the keyboard or something like that? I've gone through all the troubleshooters and advanced settings on the game controller section and stuff like that.

Current anti-monopoly laws protect the consumer from anti-competitive business practices of companies, but not from those of unions.

How is it that the law does not judge these two equally with "blind justice?" Are not unions simply human labor monopolies?
