The downstairs toilet.
I would make it into a small bathroom/shower room.
With money you can do almost anything to a house.

My Bedroom, the cash ran out renovating the house it was owned by a 85yr old so the decors a bit old fashioned to say the least.

my kitchen. It is very bad,looks like something from the 70's. The cabinets and counter tops are a kind of yellow and I don't have a dishwasher (which is no great tragedy) My kitchen is really ugly

My kitchen because I am almost done the other rooms and the kitchen needs the most work.
In house # 2
The bathroom because the kitchen is done and I want to sell this house. (Kitchens and bathrooms sell houses)
