Breast Implants Surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

I'm not Gyn or Plastic Surgeon, but I recomended you visit at soon as possible a Gyn to do a complete examan, pb incluiding Ultrasound. Some of the breast implants can leak, so is important visit a professional. Another posibility is an inmunitary reaction call "Adyuvant Syndrome" that is pontencially danger for your health

My mother had implants, she went to the surgeon that installed them, he told her there wasn't anything wrong with them, told her she was "Histronic". prescribed a anti-depressant drug.

However, her health deteriorated rather quickly so she saw another doctor he believed the implants were leaking. He operated on her and found that one of the tab's on the implant had not sealed properly and had leaked 90% of the silicone out of that one implant. The other implant was also leaking.

The silicon migrated throughout her body and created one heck of a mess in her chest. (like i said the silicone was everywhere).

The implants were removed. Along with what silicone could be reached. Her health improved considerably but, on hot day's when she was outside one could often see silicone coming out of the pores in her skin around the neck and ankles.

She had to take large doses of pain meds as it's very painful when the silicone is on the move. Numerous times, she was rushed to the hospital when minute particles of silicone entered the blood and moved through into her brain. She would have to be restrained in her hospital bed until she could be put under.

She died of silicone breast implant complications. My advice is have them removed.

If you think you are having a problem with it, why don't you call the plastic surgeons office who did the implant to begin with? Don't feel stupid, it's better to ask your question to them (the people who will actually have the answer for you) than to be to embarrassed to ask and make a small problem into a big problem.

Yes, they burst and leak after time and should never be used. They can make one quite ill.
