Skinless chicken is most definitely healthier for you. The skin is where a lot of the fat, cholesterol, etc is. I've actually grown up with my chicken that way cause my mom refused to have the skin. She tries to cut as much fat, salt & grease out of her cooking as possible. It actually makes me sick if I have chicken w/ skin or anything with a lot of fat, salt or grease. Crazy huh?

Most fattening part of a chicken is the skin. Thank goodness I've never liked it. So yes it is more healthier for you.
