my x husband and i went to a mediator for custody and child support. in the agreement we both signed it states i have full physical and sole legal custody of the children in the agreement it states i make all decisions concerning the kids myself other than major medical procedures. ive been overlooking A LOT of things he does and lets happen with the kids but now he's letting them go to church with his girlfriends parents which doesnt seem bad but i dont like the way the church teaches and we already go to church. that chuch goes against many things mine teaches. ive told him several times i dont want the kids going to the church and he refuses to listen (he doesnt even go to the church himself) he also didnt petition for visitation i let him get the kids every other sat and they only spend one night there. (thats his decision not to get them more than that) what legal action can i take? i dont want them to stop seeing their dad but i dont want them going to that church either.

I' m doing a research project on a career. I have a couple of choices:
-Pharamcist(some people say it's really boring)
-Fashion Designer(the boys in my class might not be as interested and it might not help anybody really).personal experience would be good(as in if you've ever done a presentation like this.....or you have one of these as your career)
-Teacher(........dunno)
-architect( ..............)
..................any other suggestions ..I want something fun and creative and something that might interest other people to look into as a career choice.

im 19 and i know that this is a very generic question, however, I like a girl at my work and i dont know how to tell her. She emails me and we talk back and forth all the time at work and on the email, however, i havent had the nerve to ask her out. im not trying to get pitty from anyone but I honestly have never been in a serious relationship. I dont know how to ask her out and what kind of words I should tell her, I was raised to be respectful to women and I dont want to just come out and say it because I do not want to disrespect her. I guess im just afraid of rejection, however, from what I have heard from other people at work, she kinda has the same feelings for me but she doesnt act like it to my face....... but any idea's are appriciated! I have a new ToshibaHD A2 and a Pioneer VSX 1015 receiver. I believe the highest quaility sound output, True HD or DolbyHD, is only available thru he HDMI output. There is no such input in the receiver. It is however hooked up with the optical SPDIF cable but the sound is less than impressive. Can someone suggest the output setting from the player or THX/Surround option to maximize sound performance.
