see a dermatologist or listen here. i would wash with a non-soap bar, try lamp tanning (i am not a fan, though) and.... swimming pool! exercise, water and the chlore will do good. for sure you'll find a bathing suit which does not embarass you

its called bacne, its just like acne, cept on your back llo. Try not to get so sweaty, cause that usually is hat makes it occur

Skin exfoliate and scrub. If no luck see dermatologist

try putting baby powder on it. It always helps on mine.
