Wot is not the capitle of japan. In fact, Wot is an abbreviation for the fantasy book series Wheel of Time written by Robert Jordan. This "capitle" that you so speak about does not exist as of 2007, and japan is not an existing country, but an alternative would be Japan, a country located in the Far East.

Thank you.
