I believe the nursing home my mother is in, is over drugging her. What can I do? They don't seem to want to listen to my complaints.

The office of the Obmbudsman found at http://www.ombudsman.gov.ph/ deals with elderly abuse & complaints, you can report this following their guidelines.

You need to go to the director of nursing at the facility ask them to show you every medication she is on and the reason for it. If there is something you disagree with talk to her doctor. Also make sure they listen to your concerns. Its your mother, you have the right to look out for her well being and they have to respect that. If they do not respect that then complain to the administrator of the facility.

Yes they seem to do it all over the world.
The solution: Look after the person who gave you birth, cleaned you when you couldnot do it for yourself, bath you, fed you, nursed you, helped you with your education, picked up after you half your life, GAVE you her life!
This question make me weep..sorry
